anyone know when the next frag swap is going to be?

I vote for fishcraze's house........that's a setup that everyone needs to see....plus he has great frags. As far as the date.......I say end of march....beginning of april. That will give everyone time to decide what they have to frag and others time to save money to purchase frags if they don't have anything to swap.

I say that May/June is a better date, because TMAC is March 21st and alot of people (including me) are going to be broke and burnt out from that. June would give us 2+months to grow out the frags from TMAC too . As for meeting place, I vote for someone's house or a LFS in downtown Houston, as its a central location for all.

the last swap was at fish gallery. it was a beautiful day so being outside wasn't too unpleasant.

the swap before that was at boudster's house in the humble area if i remember correctly.

and the swap before that was at scottk's house here in baytown.

i don't mind doing it at a lfs...but it would either have to be at a sponsor or someone who would become a sponsor before the event. i personally would like to see the swap happen in april, when it's still a decent temp outside, but may or june wouldn't be bad if we had it indoors.

so, if anyone that is centrally located would like to host, please let me or another board member know.

I know it's early, but I'm a wedding photographer and I plan my calendar 6-12 months in advance.... And I love sunday fragswaps, but I know it can't always happen..

I just got a lady asking about a 2014 wedding... so that is how far I plan..

depends... Im getting out of the photography industry and opening up a wedding facility... digital has screwed up the industry cause you have as good a camera as I do... so i am diversifying.. but I still have a lot of saturdays booked...

which is why I love sunday fragswaps..
