Where can I buy replacement parts for PM Skimmer? (1 Viewer)

It looks like the air valve on my ES100 PM Skimmer is not functioning properly.

Anyone know where I can find this part?? (see pic)

I do not mind covering the shipping, since I am ordering one anyway if I can find it.
Do you have a contact phone number for PM?? All I see is the "Post a question" section on their web site, no numbers or emails.
