Well, let's see, since enkamat is used primarily for erosion prevention and root reinforcement, outside the hobby. Maybe plant nurseries would have it. I don't think you're going to find it at a shop. Maybe another reefer might have some. I dunno, it's an industrial product, so that's probably where you're going to have to look. Try septic, pool places, landscapers? You're probably going to get stuck paying for a bail of the stuff if you get it locally. That might work for you if anyone else needs it.

What is the enkamat used for?

I have some pf5 (they shipped by mistake, I wanted pf4 flatback). But it works just as well as flatback on my lagunas. But i dont know if it will do as well on a sicce. But you are more than welcome to try some.
