I think I may be able to perform minor surgery on my canopy. It looks like I can possibly fix it with a chisel or pry bar and a hammer and maybe not even use any power tools.

I'm probably a 4-5 on a 10 point scale on handiness. Handy enough to know what I would need to build a new canopy, but not handy enough to own those tools or be able to complete the project alone.

It looks like the outermost measurements from reflector to reflector are 15.5" or so yes?
