Who has cheapest 24W T5 in 6500K and ~3000K (1 Viewer)

So I have a extra 4 bulb 24" fixture layin around and my little girl wants to grow some plants indoors so im gonna give this thing a shot.

Where is the cheapest place to get daylight (6500K) bulbs and soft white (~3000K) bulbs. I found some online but they are still $15 a piece and im wondering if I can get them any cheaper.

They MUST be 24W T5HO, not the regular output bulbs like homedepot has.

Have you tried Aqua Zoo??? They might carry some bulbs in that temp, not sure on pricing though.
