An algae bloom is normal in new tanks, it's part of the cycle, especially if you added new rock. It will go away soon, cut down on the amount of time your lights are one.

There are phosphate sponges out there that will help remove it, but you need to find the source or youll always be running the sponges. It can come in through:
Non RO/DI water
Uneaten food

A sump full of macro algae will also reduce PO4 if you have enough macro algae.

Water changes. It was more a response to the question on reducing phosphates.

Loy, even if you sell your rock and buy more new rock, you might have the same problem. Just wait it out. I know you've been waiting a long time but it will be worth it in the end.

No, just be patient. EVERYONE goes through this in a new tank or when you change something on your tank. It will pass soon enough.
