I'm tossing around the idea of putting a radion on my wife's 34g cube(ish) and I was wondering if anyone has put a 15 on a tank that is 23"L. I want to make sure whatever I get will cover but if I the 15 won't cover enough for a mixed reef then I'd rather get the 30 pro.

Should be fine. There may be some shadows on the ends but it should work. I have a xr30 pro on a 20L and it is way overkill.

Consider the Hydra26 HD, lot more light than the XR15 with better controllability and less $$$$ but the same customer service as AI and Ecotech are one.
I'm considering to replace all my lights in the frag room and I'll need 10 of these awesome puppies.
Getting rid of the ATI 8 bulb 60", just to much power and light for 12" deep tanks.
No need for me to grow SPS in the frag tanks just keep them on color and the Hydras are perfect for that.

Fragging your frag tank. What a terrible problem to have. We should all be so lucky. :bananallama:
