Haven't done a water change since I belive it was June of 03

The only thing that has changed is I bumped my lighting up from 175mh to 250 and I restarted my fuge after letting my tank go months without it.
The lighting change was about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I started my fuge up again a little over a month ago.
