Let straight out this situation and tell me where I'm wrong. The day that the acan gone Donnie wasn't there right? His mom toll him about the acan and the the ladies later right? Donnie told you about the acan and the lady right? and you told us about this third hand info. Now we trying to figure out who was that bad mystery MARSHian because Donnie mom "think" the mystery lady was a MARSHian. The true is CP or any LFS have to know what they selling and for how much. If they hand some one a coral or a fish as an agree price there then it's final.
Now what Donnie meant has nothing to do with what written here(I'm know he didn't have bad attention about MARSH) to user on this site because when I read something it just mean what I read. My ponit is get the facts straight before it goes to public. Okay let together and go eat PHO.

How could someone get that high to the top of the tank to move a coral unless it was in the lower level tanks.....It's really hard to belive.
I go there all the time and I really like CP but NON of the employees know the prices of any corals....just lack of training.

It's my fault to bring this up and let it get out of way.. Perhaps Donnie didn't want to see this story public at all - since i didn't ask him when I posted about it... It's all started from my earlier post in which I briefly mentioned that it's was stolen. Then Edward asked me how it happened and then I told the story I heard from Donnie... and a "marshian" was the suspect; then it's became a hot topic :).

now let's let this slide.. and eat PHO like Kenny said :D i think i know Kenny (and Naka)'s favorite PHO restaurant too..

Well, when someone accuses a girl in a small club of stealing a $1000 coral, sure it becomes a hot topic! The male:female ratio here is like 100:1.

That's a mighty big thing...just like Loy was.

Okay, if you guy can make it to PHO BINH on Beechnut at Wilcrest tomorow (thusday)at lunch time I'm buying for up to four persons including myself. The first three persons walk through the door have lunch on me. Now here is the kicker. When coming to this place expect little service, might have to fight for table, might share table with strangers, might see the sign on the front door that say "sorry out of pho".
If you can handle all that then we are in for some goood PHO.
I let you guy make up the time since I'm pretty much free. I will also give better direction and address.

Nick, that's it! :D

Pho Binh has the best and most authentic PHO in Houston - imo :) They have several stores in Houston now. They started from a small, old, out-of shape trailer on Beamer/ Fuqua st. The store looks pretty 'ugly', but if you look at their busy parking lot, you'll see a lot of expensive cars like BMW, Mecedes.. The Houston Chronicle even had an article about this store back then. I usu. take my American friends at work to that store for lunch and they like it eventho it's a 20- 30 min drive.

The owner usually takes a one to 1 1/2 months of vacation every year to go back to Vietnam, and the store is closed for that whole time

Wow, to think I not only grew up in that neighborhood for 17 years but went to high school across the street from that restaurant for 4 years but never went in there.

You're right...that was always a really crazy sight, to see such a dumpy little trailer and a parking lot full of expensive cars. I remember that quite well.

Small world!! My parents think the best Pho place is on Scarsdale...we'll have to branch out and try your recommendation.
