    Freeze Survival

    I lost most of my livestock. Only a chocolate tang, hippo tang survived for the fish. My 3 nems, 2 urchins, some of the clean up crew (small snails and at least one emerald crab) and mushroom corals also survived. We were without power for over two days.

    I am planning to buy a new aquarium next month. I have narrowed it down to either the Red Sea Reefer XXL 750 V3 or Waterbox Reef Pro 220.6. Any opinions on which one would be the better choice? I would love to hear from actual owners of either one.

    Neptune FMM for ATO

    I have to make a correction here, I just tested the second sensor that I thought had failed and it is working correctly. One of the original sensors is still going strong.

    I have had mine just over two years and have had to replace two sensors. The first one was replaced under warranty, the second one failed about 3 months ago. For some reason every so often the ATK turns off by itself, I am using it with an Apex.

    Not sure that I trust the reviews on YT. I know that there is at least one member here who has one but seems shy to post their opinion of it. The first section of my sump it 18" x 19" with only a marine pure block in it so I have the room.

    I took mine out and sold it her. She was very aggressive, I distracted her with one hand which she tried to attack so she did not see the net coming up behind her.
