Worked the rocks in front of Rain Forest tonight.
1 Peppermint Shrimp
20+ Sargassum Shrimp
Lots of Molly Miller Blennies, from fingerlings to 5"
A few Sgt Maj Damsels
Skillet Fish

The pep I caught was small, pict with it on egg crate for size comparison


Going to try again at high tide early next week.

Yesterday was the first day that I've seen the large rafts of sargassum coming to the beach. Looks like collecting might good this weekend - conditions are just right

We saw those but they were along the West Beach side along the Seawall where there is no land to walk on only the rocks. to walk on but that was on Tuesday. Tried to collect on the jetty in front of the Rainforest but only caught one peppermint shrimp along with me slipping on the rocks. I do not remember those rocks ever being that slippery with algae stuff on them in the past.
