Good night, not a great night, but better than previous nights this year. Spent 2 hours on the rocks infront of Rain Forest Cafe.
Sgm dansels = 1
Molly miller = 30
Cresent blenns = 3
skillet fish = 15
pampano fry= 3
spade fish = 4
anchovies = 5 dozen
stone crabs = 12
blue crags = 6 (one very fertile mommy)
Peppermints = 28 (mostly juvies)
Returned all back to the brime except the peps
Size from 2" to 1/2"
Wind was calm, tide was low, water was green.
Started netting pepps around 9pm.
Mostly in protected pulls and on algae mats on the rocks.
Side note- two students from TAMUG where out collecting. My 13 year old boy had a blast. Thank you guys for making this extra neat for him.
