So I haven't been able to find either regular Instant Ocean or Reef Crystals online anywhere in a while. I spoke with David @reeftopia and he said Jamal at That Aquarium Place told him he heard they were merging with another company, which would explain why they've stopped production. Anyone else heard anything about this? I tried googling it but I'm not finding anything.

It's available from PetSmart, Petco, and Chewy at least... I just got some from Chewy last week and was comparing prices.

Looks like to me only Amazon is out at the moment. BRS has everything less the Reef Crystals in 160g bucket but, very expensive compared to Chewy, Petsmart, etc.

I just bought a new bag of reef crystals from petsmart last week. I really hope they’re not stopping production, I have 4 different tanks running on the stuff

Dannnnggg...where's the dislike button? Cody got me to switch to this and now the thought of going to something else has me feeling a little salty
Fun fact: PetSmart sells the buckets for $89.99 in the store, but $43 online. Just ask them to match their online pricing at the register, show them the listing on their website on your phone, and they will match it. i went ahead and cleaned out a few PetSmarts around my area just incase it won't available for a while or they change formulas.

That’s crazy…$89.99 is an insane price for Instant Ocean.

Petco does the same.
