I think what is going to happen is the three winners from the individual categories will go head to head in another poll voting and the winner of that will get the free membership :)

Everyone that has emailed me pics this week, I've gotten them.

Last day everyone, you have until midnight tonight :)

Since some categories now have more than 5 people, goodie :) The comittee will get together to pick our top 5 then open it up for voting from the forum members for a period of three weeks.

So is it going to be one of those things that people can vote however many times they want, or is it a one-shot deal for voting?

And I suppose if one were to reply to a thread, such as we did for the
diy moonlights RSVP, you wouldn't be able to vote twice.....though it wouldn't be anonymous. Don't know how you guys set that stuff up. Maybe as a poll?

Yeap, poll is the best way to vote like that and you don't have to put a reply, a reply is actually not really connected to the poll except to be under the same thread. You can actually reply without voting in the poll. I think you can also set up a poll without replys on.

Yeah, I am working with the webmaster now to see what can be done...

At the very least we might have to have every vote be emailed or PMed.

If you set it up as a poll, with each category having its own thread and poll, each registered website user could vote only once. This forum doesn't allow multiple votes in one single poll. Is the voting closed to non-members? If so, you'd have to set it up in the members-only forum.

I can when I get home, but that won't be until after 10:30 or so. Is that too late?
