Yeah she promised me the world, luckily I won't need to file a claim for any loss of life. I did however file a claim last week because I left my rodi water on and flooded my neighbor downstairs. Not my brightest momentThe thing is that your agent is not going to be the one who appraisers your loss. They sell you the policy but that’s about it. Animals are not covered under a home owners policy unless you get a rider and that’s usually only for businesses and are very costly. If they cover your claim then you are truly blessed and should spread the word.
People have died dude. So yeah it is the worst.Well what you are going through is not the worst. I have not gone through one but in the late 90's there was a bad one in extreme north east U.S..South .Eastern Ontario and South West Quebec. It is called an ice storm. It is when you get a heavy rain then it slowly turns to ice. And lots of ice. Power lines and those big steel power transmission towers come tumbling down. It is a real mess with loss of power as well.
Ah yes the good old "this storm is nothing, you Texans can't handle cold weather unlike us northerners".Well what you are going through is not the worst.
