David, you have a window unit for your fish room? My garage doesn't have AC so it's so darn hot! It takes ~45mins to 1hr for the chiller to pull the temperature to the set point, but temp would rise up quickly within 30 mins for the pump to start again - even with the controller set at 84 or 85F
