To be honest, I'm not sure really. I do know it takes longer than 1 minute to fill a gallon. Way back before I knew about you guys I bought this setup from some filter guys online. They set it up for 300gpd. I'm not sure what size the flow restrictor is in it. That would be the deciding factor in the 4:1 correct?

Remember that ALL the water, including your waste water, is being dechlorinated by the carbon block.

The flow restrictor, and your water pressure, and your water temperature affect the waste water to purified water ratio.

Gotcha. I should add I'm running all 1/4" tubing at about 80 psi as well which would affect output. I really should just break down and buy an updated 300 GPD 3/8" unit from you guys.

Could you post or pm your recommendation for a 300 GPD, 3/8" tubing, booster pump, & dual DI canisters. Also need an auto shut off pressure switch. The dual DI canisters can be separate from the main unit. That's how I have it now.
