Geez thanks for scaring the crap out of me. Lol.

Better to scare you to awareness- than to be at your house in my rubber boots with 10 other Marshians picking up coral, fish, and glass out of your carpet.
Honestly bro, I saw a guy teaching people how to build large tanks on YouTube with GE 1 window and door. That's just insane as there was obviously no regard to tensile, tear, shear, or peal strength. I'd be really really careful to look at your seams and see if all seams match in build quality of if there really was a panel reseal by a previous owner. If there was, I'd try to find out who and what silicone he used and his building ability. If you can't find that out, call your insurance company and up your insurance coverage to be on the safe side.
People always wanna dog Planet aquariums for their build quality, but I know their builder as he worked for DSA and has 30+ years under his belt. The tanks may not be Reef Savvy quality seams, but they aren't Reef Savvy priced either. Nor does it take 6 - 9 months to receive your tank.
I'm still a big fan of Miracles tanks. Head builder has been there since 1991. I know they use the squeeze method with spacers for an even consistent thickness. Then they use a pneumatic gun with 4,200 PSI for the inside seams. When you go through Barrels of Momentive RTV 108 or SCS 1200 silicione, you can tell a few stories about tanks failures and know what causes most of them.
Long story short!!!! AVOID buying any tank with resealed panels.
