I have a planet. Seams are very sloppy, hopefully it's just aesthetics but we shall see with time. Miracles aquariums was around the same price and my #2 option and I wished I would have went with them.

This is my 2nd planet. Good build quality for the money. My seams aren't sloppy.

No to Planet! $$ for sh!t seams and sloppy work. Eurobrace looks like a kindergarten student used black Elmer's glue and slapped some glass on the top

Try looking at SCA tanks. They seem to have great reviews. I have their 50g pnp system so no experience with their larger tanks but my seams are perfect and the tank looks high quality.

It's not so much that they are sloppy looking they just have what appear to be tons of air bubbles in them which is scary

I have a custom AGE tank with the stainless steel powder coated trim. You may have seen their tanks local in Fish Gallery or ADG. They do a full range of rimmed, rimless, glass, acrylic, etc. I have a 2' x 2' x 8' 240 gal with metal trim. My tank was delivered to ADG. Mike and I wasn't quite satisfied with some issues we saw. Without question they took the tank back and rebuilt me a new one. Just like that I had a brand new tank a week later. Quality is great, customer service even better.

Reefaholic, tvu and I both have the planet aquariums knock off version of the reef savvy armored seams on our tanks. Did you happen to pay for that feature? It's a plastic V-shaped insert that is on the inside of the tank on each seam. They press it in there into the silicone once the panels are set to protect the seams from damage from your mag cleaners.

I ask because I'm really hoping that the bubbles I see are between those seam protectors and the silicone and not in the silicone between the panels of glass.

I have seam protectors. My seams look good. I haven't seen anything at all that concearns me about planet tanks. I haven't heard of one failed tank from them. As far as I understand, the builder used to work for DSA and has a boat load of experience.

If you wanna pay a ton of money and wait...there's a lot of better looking tanks. Ur gonna pay for it though. The tank you see in the picture was under $600.

Here is a photo of the eurobrace. If I was 5'10" I'd be really pissed as I would see it every time.
