Do you have a build thread or pictures of the tank? I have a bunch of Pukani live rock in my current tank (purchased from Reefer Madness about 10 years ago that I was really happy with). Hopefully I didn't just spend $500 on rock that I don't end up using!

So I broke down my 120 this weekend. What a dirty job! I have all of the rock fish and water out of the tank but still have a bunch of sand to remove.

I'm sure you are done by now but just as an fyi-Use a shop vac to take all the water/sand out.

Finally some good news. My sump got delivered today! Even thought UPS put some holes in the shipping box the sump arrived undamaged and looks great. Zero Edge did a great job with it and I am very happy with how it turned out. I can't wait to get everything set up an running. I am still waiting on my tanks (still no firm ETA) and need to finish out the fish room/wall and stand.

GotFrogs, if you need more rock, come check us out. We have 5 varieties, at least 5 tons of dry rock. Only, you get to pick out exactly which pieces you want for your tank.

Yes you can saw, drill and chip away at Pukani. Sometimes breaking a big piece with hammer and chisel works well. Plenty of YouTube videos on that!

Enjoy your build out and nice duct work!

Don't tell me it is not going to work now because the contractors came yesterday. The modified the wall and cabinets and built the stand. Now all we have left is finishing up the sheetrock, cabinets, trim and paint.

What a difference 2 feet in length and a few inches in height make!

Above is the cut out for the 120 when we had the house built and below is the cut out for the 280 I have on order. I am so ready to get the tank!

Wow huge difference.

How big is the fishroom? Just saw pic of the sump and it looks very impressive. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

Construction is done and I am just waiting on delivery of the tank. I also go a Vertex Rx-U 1.5L Universal Media Reactor last week.

I started hanging my Radion LEDs tonight but quickly realized that the rail kits I ordered were not going to meet my needs. Prior to ordering the hardware I reached out to EcoTech Marine and they recommended that I use two of the long rail kits to hang my 3 lights. Unfortunately, I just realized that this results in the lights being close together and not extending the full length of the tank which would create some shadows / dark spaces on the ends of the tank. If I insert two short rails I can spread them out so the spacing is about 23" apart. Hopefully this provides even light coverage across the tank.

Added foam to the top of my stand and attached my lights to the rails and hung them from the ceiling. But more importantly, I spoke to Reef Savvy yesterday and my tank is scheduled to ship next week!

I have always thought about putting my 125 in the wall, and have the perfect spot for it. But I thought I would be getting mold, like black mold. Have you had any mold issues? Jim
