I have a buddy with a sun coral and his stays out all day long, it's really beautiful.

As far as a clown goes, I know turbo1974 is selling two in the B/S/T right now for $30 each, the small one is misbarred but the large one is pretty nice.

IMO display fuges are pretty sweet. It's basically a planted tank and those can be really nice. I wonder why more people don't do it...

I agree. I just need to figure out how I'm going to do it. My nano is in a very prominent display area so I want to be as unobtrusive as possible. I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do it is just going to take some time to iron out the kinks.

Thanks,

Yup. I spoke with him about them on Saturday. I'm considering them but I'm really aiming for the lighter Maroon shade. His are a very deep Maroon color. I'm also trying to coax my RBTA to the front of the tank he setup shop in the back of the tank and seems to very happy to display his 10" to the back glass :(

Thank you for the input.

Requested tank shots. I'll pull my tripod out for some better ones this weekend.

I have 1 black sun coral that is getting regular feedings and has already started sprouting new heads.
Keep an eye out on the rest of your tank. I have Black Sun Coral heads popping up ALL over my system now.

I'm finding new heads every week. At this point I'm thinking it might be invasive and I need to kill a few.

I would be glad to take some of those off your hands for me and a buddy. Seriously, let me know if you want to part with a few frags.

We just need to figure out a way to get them off of the rocks.

Here is a partial of the mother colony.

I'm getting new polyps on my yellow ones. I have started to feed them almost everyday now. It's a pain as i have of beat off the Purple Tang with a stick to keep him out of them. He thinks they are his dinner plate.

But they do not spread all over the tank like the black ones do.
