Ride

So I ended up with a 2012 Challenger RT Classic, some serious power. From now on, I'm buying American cars only. I love this ride.

Future Upgrades:

-KW Coilovers
-Intake
-Headers
-Exhaust
-Cam and tune with 100 shot
-Deep dish rims
-Halo Head lights

How's it handle? I tend to be less interested in off the line speed in lieu of taking turns at unreasonable speeds.

It handles pretty good. To improve the ride, in the near future I'm going to get coilovers and a set of sway bars which should improve the ride.

Concur with that, chief. I like American Muscle like any other guy out there, but I really love AWD and a tuned suspension in the corners!

I'm getting a new Subie next month. I had to order it. I'll post a picture when I get it. It's PHAT! :D

Really nice ride though, John! Did you drop the "Simm-Simma', Who's got the keys to my Bimma'?"

Good one Leo...still got the Bimma. I sold my work car (honda). Now, I need a 3 car garage. Got the BMW, TL, and the Challenger RT Classic.

I can't wait to see the new ride.

I had an '04 WRX wagon. Ugly as anything, but certainly the most fun car I've owned. I currently drive a '11 Tundra crewmax, which mostly just lumbers around the neighborhood. ;)

LOL! Too funny! I have a '10 Crewmax that I "never" drive anymore. I carpool to work with a buddy and this new car I'm getting will be my daughter's HS/College car. :) Gotta be realistic, ya' know? :) She loved it, and it'll haul our snow gear and mountain bikes nicely.

I love WRX's, but I don't think I want to pay that "teenage driver insurance" on one of them, or a truck for that matter. Good God the quotes nearly made me choke on my coffee!

That's when it pays to have an older vehicle to insure your kids on. I have my 17 yr old daughter on my 87 Mustang with everything but collision and it runs me like $60 a month. And she can drive any of our other cars since she is insured on one of them. My son is away at college, so I get the away student discount on him. I asked my agent what my policy would change by if I dropped the Mustang for a while (it is currently sitting with a blown motor) and my payment would INCREASE by about $150 a month to put her on one of the newer vehicles!
