Dropped the external overflow box on my main tank and broke it into a few pieces. It fell pretty hard right on the tile and got rocked! I’m gonna try to repair it first. I don’t have enough black acrylic on hand to build a new one right now and I’m growing impatient. I’ve had a head cold for a couple days now and didn’t get much done

40 breeders above the sump in the fish room plumbed. I have to put a bracket in to brace the horizontal pvc, but we should be good to go. Gonna get wet tomorrow, y'all.

Looks awesome Cody. I'm waiting to see the full set up running.

Running out of room in my other tanks. Need to finish soon.

I've broken that orange digi on the right a hundred times. Looks nice when the branches are up and out. Just broke another branch the other day cleaning.

Not the prettiest, but I fixed the broken pieces. Looks like crap but it's an external overflow box and no one will see it. Plus, I used Weldon 42 for the repairs, and that's the strongest weld that you can get with acrylics. I reinforced all seams from the inside, even the ones that weren't compromised. It's stronger now than it was before.

Cody, you should throw a cross brace on that thing. You know how acrylic bows.

Cross bar wasn't put back on yet. It will be before the overflow is live.

How was the Weld-on 42 Cody? I’ve heard its some strong stuff but I’ve never used it because it likely needs the two part gun to use it at its maximum potential.

It dries just as hard as the acrylic sheets. I have the applicator which comes in very handy, especially for repairing plastics.

I wish you the best. I hope it goes well. Just take it as a go slow
