Don't take this the wrong way, but why are you still using tapatalk?
From what I understand, its very limiting to the forum experience and mostly a holdover from years ago when forums weren't mobile-friendly. (correct me if i'm wrong or missing something)
My entire existence as a mod is to close threads for @Tstew32. Thanks for the job security

Seriously though, why do YOU use tapatalk?
Would you consider switching to mobile browser?

I get notifications (which a mobile browser does not do). I also close every thread but they never close, because the app does suck. It’s also more user friendly then the mobile site IMO. The font is too small, etc

Problem is, it never actually closes it. You can do it over and over. Once closed shouldn’t be able to open it back up.

There is your issue.... That is a limitation of your mobile device (stupid iphone). Android based devices don't have the notification problem. You can thank Apple for that.

Well 80% of the marsh customers probably have iPhones so maybe gear your site towards making it better for the majority of your users [emoji12]

I use an iphone and see NO difference in font size between tapatalk and native browser based on my phone.

I see a big difference in the “conversations taking place now”

If you want a more site oriented answer - advertising and security - tapatalk sends whatever they choose and uses your info in any manner they choose. I as a site admin have - 0 - control over either of those with tapatalk.

You are on the landing page. That is not even part of the forum (that is a separate issue and concern of mine but regardless you are NOT using the xenforo responsive layout there).

Use MARSH FORUM

Which browser is this in?

Just for clarity

Code:
marsh-reef.org
is not the same as
Code:
marsh-reef.org/index.php
.

The 1st is our landing page. The 2nd is the actual forum URL.

There are other URL's that are in use that will take you to the landing page. Only the one with the PHP extension takes you to the forum.

Just to add I am on a bunch of different forums that can all be accessed from one app also. One of the main reasons I use.
