After reading a few post on another thread, a question came to mind. What kind of job/career do you have and what car do you drive as a daily driver? I'm interested to see how a persons job/career path reflects there rational for driving whatever car they drive. Of course other thing come into play such as $$, family, age group (teens. 20-30.40-50,50-60, 60+) but it still would be interesting to see the results.

I am always up for a freindly drive. Just took Lee (lpardue) for a drive today. To bad we got caught in the rain so couldn't really play. Torque was huge back in the 90s but now everything has as much power as my viper. New CTS-V are just as fast but can carry people in the back seat. Time for me to put a super charger on it.

Haven't dynoed it but it should be around 500bhp at the engine with the bolt on mods (headers, exhaust, etc). Dang mustangs come with more than that now. Grrrrrrrr.

i can get up to around 800bhp without any engine upgrades which means I can easily do the super charger and get up to 750 for cheap. But do I really want to go from 8-10 mpg (stock) to 4-6mpg (supercharger).

My G37 has 347 hp stock and 0-60 in 4.9. They are so slow. 100 bucks says my ipl kills most any mustang or viper out at MSR. Just cause you can mash the gas and beat someone by 1 sec on a straightway doesn't mean it can handle well
