I am a firefighter.

It doesn't pay a lot of money, but I can't imagine doing anything else. I am paid in more ways than money.

I drive my dad's truck, 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 turbo diesel. You couldn't buy it from me for any amount of money. I get in it and I instantly feel close to him again. His ties are still in the center console where he left them. My son loves that we got rid of our red truck (2009 Dodge Ram Hemi) and kept Paw Paw's truck.

I could hit the lotto and I would still drive it everyday.

HAHA funny thread.............well, my opinion!
Another of my opinions is that a car/truck isn't a statement any more as it used to be.
I just drive a 2011 F150 cause my trucks are making as much money a month as they cost new. (putting about 100k per year on a truck)
No need for a fancy car, it brings you from A to B and back that's all it needs to be doing.
Oh btw, I was driving fancy cars when most of you guys were still running around in diapers.
Past cars, Opel GTE, BMW 325i oettinger, Alfa Romeo RZ.

From what everyone has posted it seems like the older (seems like higher paying jobs too) you get the less flashy your DD. I hope I never get as old as some of you. Ha ha.

Nice wheels. If you ever decide you want to get rid of them let me know lol.

Well, Sorry!
Losing weight like crazy on my part so I will fit back into my lycra outfit to battle the roads again.
Coming up 100 miles in tour the pink, five years ago we rode that one in 2min shy of 4hrs.
Will not get close to that this year, LOL.
That said with doing this I need the wheels and keep rubber side down!

So you riding too? Did any pro or competition?
If so what cat?

"Job: No job, I quit." I like that a lot! made of chuckle.

Nice boat! lets go fishing!!! Been a long while since I fished saltwater in a boat. I bet the fish out here are huge compared to the ones off the Jersy shore.

I think he meant he has been married for 42 years? = he's really really really really really really really old?

Life has a funny way of changing your priorities as you get older, grow your family, etc. ;)

That said, I love cars. I've bought something like 10 new cars in 15 years of driving.
And I've still yet to see a prius as pimped as mine around here. I couldn't even leave that alone. hahahaha
It was fun for a while, i dig all the tech... but missing the luxury and sportiness of past cars.

my DD won't hang with the sports cars in a race, but if we tie them together it will drag them all over creation.
