Well, last night we moved all the new babies into the Kreisel that hangs in the parent tank. The nice thing about this system is that there is absolutely no acclimation needed because it is the same water they were born into. We did have to move the remaining larger (2 week olds) out of the Kreisel and into the 2.5 gallon to make room. They didn't fair as well. We lost 4. Again, this is a learning experience with each and every batch. They didn't seem to know how to react when the Kreisel flow stopped spinning them (after non stop rotation for two weeks) and they went to the top and floated. Originally all but one were floating but two more seem to have pulled through and are swimming around the 2.5 today. I think we are going to try to split the newbies up and put some in the 2.5 with the larger guys to see which work better for us. The Kreisel is currently extremely full of babies. I'll try and get pictures posted if I get the chance. When we succeed Gabe, I'll get you your pair. Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am currently feeling like a mother of quadruplets. I am constantly feeding or cleaning one of the tanks :)
