Your plumbing should be fine. I've seen quite a few tanks that run 90 degree angles on plumbing and have no noise problems. Noise is the only issue that you might run into. 90 degree angles work perfectly fine for function though.

Try to avoid horizontal runs cuz they manage to create air pockets. Other than that looks good!

I didn't test today but I took a water sample to ocean life yesterday. And they said I have about 4 days left. I'm going to test again tomorrow.

The cycle is coming along. The ammonia is low the nitrites are >4ppm and the nitrates are >100ppm.
