    Where to buy capacitors locally

    My ballast just blew a capacitor. I am looking for a 250v 680uf capacitor. I just checked radio shack, they did not carry anything this big. Does anyone have an idea about where I can get this?

    Bonding plastics

    Can anyone point me in the right direction for a good adhesive for bonding plastics? I have seen members use acrylic glue that actually melts the acrylic in order to create a "weld". Is there anything like this for plastic?

    General Electric Vs. Giesemann

    I was just checking out reefgeek.com to order some new 65k t5 bulbs. I noticed that the GE bulbs are half the price of the Giesemann. Is there really that much of a difference? I am on a really tight budget right now, but I don't want junk either.
