    Power outages

    I have a couple of these: http://www.wonbrothers.com/product/airpump/batteryairpump.htm 72hrs on 2 "D" batteries! I did get fancy with one of them and used a N.C. relay so that when the 110VAC power failed the relay closed and the pump started but I don't usually use it unless I am away...
