Whatever you install make sure its easy to get out and replace. If you insist I would go with non slip tile.
Look into LVT. There are some brands IIRC that essentially glue to eachother for a floating installation.
Anchor Bolts are the way to go [emoji108]It’s not as fun, but I used anchor bolts on mine. It worked really well. Let me know if you need a hand with anything.
